Hank Bauer--1959
Hank Bauer is pissed off... why?

Well, we there are several theories...

1) With his career winding down by 1959,
Bauer realized he would soon be traded
to the woeful Kansas City A's for Roger
Maris.

2) He was still hung over from a night out
with The Mick and Whitey.

3) Or maybe it is because his underwear
is too tight.

Whatever the reason, Bauer was not a
happy camper in his '59 cardboard.

Editor's Note: A longtime Yankee
outfielder who had a reputation for his
hard play, Bauer would hit .383 with four
home runs to help lead the Yankees
over  the Milwaukee Braves in the 1958
World Series. He would hit .277 with 164
long balls during his 14-year career.
Bauer would take over the managerial
duties of the Orioles in '64, leading them
to the 1966 Title with a sweep of the
Dodgers.
