Dave Goltz tied with Kansas City
hurler Dennis Leonard and future Hall
of Famer Jim Palmer of the Orioles to
lead the American League with 20
wins in 1977.
And I missed it!
I feel bad, because he looks like a
nice guy--- clean shaven, fashionable
hair and even signing an autograph
for a fan.
Of course, this is his 1978 card and
he may have been signing it ---"Dave
Goltz, 1977 20-Game Winner,
Remember?"
